Rates

• Individual psychotherapy session (45 min): $220

• Group psychotherapy (75 min): $130

• Couples psychotherapy session (60 min): $300

• Family psychotherapy session (60 min): $300

Currently only accepting credit card, debit card, and HSA for payment. Payment is due at the time of the session unless other billing arrangements have been made.

Insurance

I provide therapy to clients as an "out-of-network" provider. I do not take insurance directly. I will make every effort to assist you with filing for insurance benefits and reimbursement for which you are entitled. I will provide a bill of services for you to submit monthly. Reimbursement is based on your particular insurance policy.

Please ask your insurance company the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
