I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and sexual health. I work in collaboration with those seeking to uncover and rediscover what brings fulfillment, meaning, and connection with themselves and with others.

Before launching a full-time private practice, I worked for over six years at a dual diagnosis, intensive outpatient treatment program for substance use disorders.

In 2015 and 2016, I completed an Advanced Certificate in Trauma Treatment (Level I and II) with The Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training and Education.

In 2021, I completed a two-year National Group Psychotherapy Institute program with the Washington School of Psychiatry.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a nationally certified counselor as well as a certified addictions counselor. I am licensed to practice independently as an LPC in Washington, DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania as well as an licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

I completed a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The George Washington University in 2011.
