I believe that therapy is a place to explore who we are and how we want to move forward with our lives. It is also a space to look at what is standing in our way. My approach is to work in collaboration with individuals and I utilize a strength based, person-centered perspective while integrating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies as well as psychodynamic and other insight-oriented therapies. Ultimately, it is about creating a safe space to explore the challenges that are holding one back from moving forward with being their true, authentic self.
